very enjoyable. Country road, near Dryburgh Abbey, William Wallace statue and Scott's view,
✓ beautiful old house, can sit in living room,conservatory and garden. I had the best room with great views over farmland. Breakfast options were good. Owner very friendly.
✗ only small niggle was water pressure in shower - but I may not have been working it properly!

Friendly family run business
✓ Beautiful old home with friendly staff who are very welcoming. We pre arranged eating in and that was very successful- we enjoyed both breakfasts and dinner. Provide your own wine/ alcohol and your host will provide nice glasses/ ice/ lemon etc. All good. We would happily go back.
✗ Small detail was a misfitting front door key which is very temperamental and needs to be recut
