Very good

Large wonderful grounds and the Abbey right next door by the Tweed. Old fashioned charm. Food good quality and great service at dinner.

Generally ok but the old fashioned charm might sag over time.

I would very happily stay again. Warm, spacious, comfortable room, good amenities, great setting.

Beautiful dining room on the first floor affording lovely views towards the ruins of Dryburgh Abbey. Buffet breakfast which after 4 days of the same thing became boring. Staff very accommodating and happy to vary scrambled eggs for poached/ boiled.

Disappointed swimming pool no longer exists as still advertised on booking page.

Very comfortable.

Breakfast and dinner very good .

It's a lovely building in a beautiful location but I'm sure some would say the decor is dated, the bathroom tired but all very clean so it suits me.

period hotel with an excellent restaurant

large room, comfortable bed and en suite bathroom. the restaurant served excellent food. staff were very friendly

we didn’t have the option of a cheaper room, due to booking quite late, which made it quite expensive
