✗ The toilet started leaking at 4 pm, advised reception and nothing was done all night. Had to keep replacing the basket underneath the leak to prevent the floor from getting wet. Kept us up all night. Poor service, dirty room and the key that was given didn’t even work and had to return it for a new one.

✓ Absolutely nothing.
✗ We called in advance to confirm we’d be arriving later at night. She answered the phone and told us she had canceled our booking. We were left stranded at this hotel at 4 in the morning with no where to go.

I would stay here again
✓ I brought my own food and had breakfast at IHOP 15 blocks up the street and my Diet Pepsi from the arco across the street. The hotel provides coffee.

Disgraceful customer service!
✓ Nothing. Call me Timothy Mark Hightower (TMH) 650 793 5436 for full report. I am the one who paid for the room.
✗ Front desk turned away 62 year old Marine veteran (Marc Anthony Alva) because he didn't have a credit card. I (TMH) was on the phone with him at the time and she (desk person) would not talk with me.
