✓ Check in was very easy and the front desk was very helpful helping me find places to go.

Enjoyable stay for a day

✓ I was on the second floor. There was an ice machine and vending machine on the same floor. Using the elevator was convenient and very close by. Love that breakfast was included.

✗ There was no microwave or small fridge. I couldn't keep my drinks cold unless I went to get ice.

I will definitely stay here again next visit!

✓ Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, bed was comfortable and the hotel was very clean! Awesome location for everything we wanted to do and see.

✓ The breakfast was great! The location was great in terms of accessibility to Seattle attractions but it was a little run down in this particular area. Overall, it was a great experience staying here!

✗ I would have given the property a ten but both nights I was there, the elevator broke down and the elevator is one of thecreasons at their affordable rate around the alkstar game, that I stayed there. At 71 with two bad knees & back, it made things very difficult & painful. No fault of the property but it is what it is. Can't give a ten as a result...

Overall, a good stay. Needed a bed to sleep in after the concert

✓ The guy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The parking situation isn't ideal for someone who doesn't enjoy driving in Seattle traffic. Trying to get turned around to check in was a headache. But, we went for a concert and we paid $30 a night which was great compared to the $65 the garage was charging. So that definitely was a plus, it's just up the block up and over, it's not far at all. Great location to walk to Lumen Field. They do offer complimentary breakfast as well.
