Pleasant
✓ Low key. Not bothered. A lot of things theoretically offered to help a long term stay.
✗ So many.smokers of everything. Sometimes the hallways smelled like weed or cigarettes. Dirtyish rooms, old fixtures. Sometimes guests were fighting and it sounded scary.

✗ the staff is racist and rude so if your anybody black / African American I wouldn’t advise checking in here with out being humiliated judged and Solomon nasty to.

✓ My room was on the 1st floor.
✗ Shower knob's fell off, and tub plug shot up, fell apart. The kitchen didn't have anything available, and I had to walk down to the desk and ask. The trash room was full, and the door left open with a horrid stench! For the cost, I will go elsewhere next visit. Breakfast was literally coffee and granola bars.

The staff at this location didn't seem to care about the building or the clients.
✓ Location and cleanliness were fine.
✗ Room given wasn't ready so I had to return to the front desk for another room. Smoke from cigarettes filled the hallway and permeated the room. Front desk staff weren't friendly or welcoming and seemed to be inconvenienced. Breakfast consisted of coffee and a chocolate muffin or a power bar. Nothing else was available. The shower curtain collected in the center of the rod and didn't remain spread during a shower.

✗ Room heater noisy, lacked effective temperature control. Much less serious: no wastebasket.
