Happy overall. The hotel could not help the rain and much cooler temperatures.

✓ Centrally located, room fine for one and breakfast overall good.

✗ Noise from deliveries in the street before 6. Coffee was bland.

What I needed was what I got

✗ a little desk that I couldn't actually sit at - no comfortable space for a chair.

✓ Very nice welcome of friendly lady at the reception. I had a room with a wonderful view on the lake.

Great stay in short period

✓ Very good location just a few meters from Lake Geneva. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Source Sachat Evian which is very nice. Unfortunately, I did have very limited time to explore this beautiful destination but the first impression is great.

✗ Access to the hotel can be quite tricky. However, the owner rang us that if we arrive past 9 pm, our keys will be at the reception. Postcode is slightly misleading and we wouldn't be able to find the parking for this property if we wouldn't call the owner who gave us very clear directions. Nevertheless, we parked the car and all was ok.

✓ Great location. You are just in front of center. Hotel has parking for free. And view from hotel room was really nice! Def recommends to come here. Hotel stuff is super nice too.

Amazing two star hotel in a great location with great service

✓ The staff was so amazing and accommodating when I needed to adjust my check in and check out times. They accommodate late check-in‘s and are very good with communication. I was between another hotel and this one and ended up choosing this one because the front desk responded immediately. The hotel is right on the commercial street so you walk right out and there is a parking lot by availability only. You can walk to the source for free Evian water by exiting the back. I requested a room with a Lakeview and they were able to accommodate me. I am on a solo trip and felt really called to the water. There is a free simple breakfast in the morning, which I took advantage of one morning and the front desk did not mind when I showed up 15 minutes before closing breakfast. She was cheerful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again I will bring my partner with me next time. The room was quite spacious! And I appreciated the extra pillow. The elevator is a huge plus because my luggage is extremely heavy.

✗ nothing but would like to note that the hallways are quite dark so you’ll have to manually flip the switches. in the end it is a simple two star hotel so there are some frills that are available but it is a very clean hotel that I love.

✓ Great location in a quiet pedestrian street, easy walking distance from the train station. Near restaurants and all places to visit and the lake. Very kind staff.
