I have the possibility to check my patience and not to give an expression of my dissapointment.
✓ Breakfast was good - you can rely on variety of hot drinks and juices, healthy, vegan, English, European Breakfast, fruits and a lot of yoghurts and desert creams.
✗ Room was not properly prepared. It was written a king bed, but actually the headboard of the bed was not one, but two separate headboards for two single beds, which were moved for the case in the center and there was a hole in the middle. Duvets were super warm for the season, pillows too soft The warm water finished at 10 pm, and no one could use the bathroom after that. Pool was closed - it was misleading information in Booking. The Fitness room is very simple - don't rely on a 4-star Fitness. The parking doesn't belong to the hotel - man muss separately pay for the parking.

✓ The only advantage of this hotel is the location, next to the lake.
✗ This hotel is a Hilton, in name only. Breakfasts like in a guesthouse, not a hotel called Hilton. Two types of cold cuts, scrambled eggs drama, terrible hotel service (of course there would be one or two nice and helpful people) I asked for poached eggs, I got hard-boiled. I ordered a hotel on booking, not for the first time, I always order non-standard rooms with access to the Executive lounge, in this hotel I had to prove for two days that I actually have access to it, I wasted time and what for? to have access to sticks, lettuce and rice with vegetables from 5 pm to 7 pm Massacre !!! I have never seen such a hopeless business lounge in any hotel. In a word, I do not recommend this hotel. This was my second stay at this hotel, definitely my last.
