✗ The room given was in front of the paved road street; hence, that was quite noisy when cars were driving by I admit I'm difficult sleeper, and must pay attention for net booking there

Excellent! Helpful staff, clean room, acommodated special request.
✓ We were upgraded to a full suite. The room was quite nice, and they accommodated my special request for two twin beds. There was paid parking available at the hotel as well, which was helpful as we traveled by car.
✗ The sauna was not for all-hours use. This was a bit of an issue as we wanted to use the sauna/spa area around 10pm and the night reception turned us down.

Great value and location for a charming stay in Alsace
✓ Great location in the center of Obernai with easy walks to bars and restaurants. I always stay here when I'm in Alsace. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a great breakfast.
✗ Recommend not to stay on the ground floor as street noise can be an issue. Views are especially good for the top floor, higher priced rooms.

✓ The personal is amazingly helpful. The room is comfortable, air conditioning was working good. Small gym available with sauna. Coffee and tee in the room. In the center of the town but not directly on the main square - so, the loud evens, even heard well but not really disturbing.
✗ Phone in the room - not clear how to call reception. No instruction. The info to order some food into room I'd seen by reception while check out only. It is not provided in the room

Dogs are allowed, with an extra of 16€ per night. However, a suv is too big for our garage. But no worries, you can park on the parking des remparts, 500m away, free of charge.
