Disappointing
✓ The yonaguni spa is amazing but it is separate from the hotel and costs extra.
✗ My stay got cancelled a day before my arrival and I only got an email which went into my spam to inform me that I should react within 24h. When I called to book the restaurant for the next day I was informed that my room was cancelled for both Friday and Saturday without an apology due to an automatic pre payment not going through on booking. No one had tried to call me to see what the issue was, and 4h after the room got cancelled they already had rebooked my room for the Saturday to someone else. I managed to book Friday night and was told that I should “hurry” to guarantee a room. The hotel staff did not apologize and I had to go to another hotel for my second night. The hotel is average with rather old style rooms.

✗ service was poor considering the service we paid for a the fact that it is a 4 star hotel. No one offered to help with heavy luggages, we were waiting for additional towels, it never arrived. breakfast room is too crowded.
