✓ Convenient to the airport, quick checkin, shuttle service provided, breakfast provided, staff was pleasant and hotel was pretty quiet. Was granted a later checkout.
✗ Tried to use iron and ironing board - both were broken. Requested a replacement and was told someone from maintenance would be there soon. No one ever showed before I checked out.
✗ Staff are polite but obviously overwhelmed and not particularly happy about being there..
✓ The only thing I liked is that they had a vacancy for me.
✗ I paid almost $600 dollars for about 5-6 hours of being there. Way over priced for the facility and I felt they were taking advantage of the situation with United. So many people were stuck at DIA and they charge that price for an $89 dollar room. Had it been $89 dollars my review would have been very different. To make matters worse I had to catch an early airport shuttle and the breakfast wasn’t ready yet. They didn’t even have yogurt or bagels to do on my own out. The yogurt and refrigerator stuff was locked and the juice machine was turned off. They didn’t even have ice water out to drink. It was very upsetting for such a high price I payed for the room.
✓ staff
✗ cost was outragious. $600 for one nite. Price gauging ! Very sad
✓ Close to airport
✗ Shuttle service was non existent. Called multiple time in over a two hour time period waiting for shuttle. Staff would not answer phone calls. When I was able to reach one they did not resolve pickup issues. After over two hours waiting for shuttle, finally took a cab with another $30 on top of $300 for room. Finally got to hotel to find out shuttle was filled up and had to spend another $30. Worst hotel experience of my life.
✓ Breakfast was very nice
✗ They charged $401 for the room when it normally goes for 209 I was glad it was available in that the area was fully booked but I don't like to be gouged. The hotel really shows its wear and tear but the beds were excellent. The location is very noisy right off I 75
✓ Facility itself was overall good. The usual nicks & scuffs on walls & floors etc. The one uncomfortable thing was the ride up to the hotel. The block up to the hotel was lined with RV’s, campers, people living in cars, and semis lining the entire block. It was obvious it was a homeless area. I have empathy for those people and can’t judge their choice of living location, but it just felt awkward parking my bike outside.
✓ available on short notice
✗ foul smell on 4th floor, and way too expensive
