At the least a somewhat secure place to pay for the min pay.

✓ This area is located near a few essential businesses including convenience stores fast food restaurants a Walmart super store and etc.

✗ I am not sure if it may be appropriate to speak on at this moment I will say definitely a hand full of strangely characters.

✗ The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Felt as if they were old & wore out. I could feel the springs in them.

It was fine.

✓ It was clean and located in close proximity to lots of places in Aurora.

✗ The sink to drain. The towel rack just falls off the wall. There are nails sticking out of the ceiling. Kinda expensive for what you get.

A basic No Frills stay if you don't mind a little smell and not so clean

✓ The beds and pillows were comfortable and the front desk staff was very helpful

✗ There was a bad smell in the elevator which didn't seem to go away and hallways seemed dirty. The room was not clean upon arrival. I did not feel like it was clean in general. They are short on good cleaning staff. This Motel seems to be a place where people experiencing homelessness may live so I saw some people sleeping in the parking lot as well as the contents of their apartment strewn about in front of the entrance one day. There is also some loitering in the parking lot but nothing dangerous. There are also a lot of dogs in the hotel but they seem to be well behaved
