✓ Nice staff and kind responses on the first day once I contact and notify them about my rate arrival and check-in.
✗ There was a kettle and some stick-type instant coffee, but the kettle was dirty; when I poured water into the kettle, I saw some dirt removed from the bottom and floating on the water surface.

✓ The staff were really helpful, so nice! And the place was spotlessly clean.
✗ The coffee machine could do with a rethink- like a vending machine and not that nice, but apart from that breakfast was great and thanks for the gluten free bread!

✓ Almost everything good, comfortable and modern hotel. Good breakfast. Very friendly and relaxed.
✗ Location is a bit odd, on the road to nowhere outside of town but it's just 10 minutes walk to town or train station. A small fridge/mini bar would have been nice in the hot weather but at least you could buy cold drinks.

Our stay was perfect.. staff welcoming and hotel pleasant.
✓ Breakfast was good ..however would of liked a cooked breakfast.. loved la rochelle. Its a perfect location.
✗ There was no tea and milk in rooms. Also was not impressed we had to pay to stay in the carpark in the hotel.
