Good location for train and getting around the city, but property is pretty run down.
✓ Very close to train station, and walkable distance to things I wanted to see in La Rochelle.
✗ No soundproofing, noise from street and other rooms inside. Pretty run down, flooring missing in my room near bed, and other flooring (fake hardwood floor linoleum) held down by duct tape. It was clean enough, just the property is a bit down at heels. For the price I paid, I expected a better quality interior. Would not stay here again.

✗ Room was dreadfully small. No room for my one suitcase and no room to move at all. Cheap fittings and poor quality slivers of soap . Fan and no air con.
