Fabulous

✓ Beautiful, beautiful location and safe. So much to see and do. It's the perfect place for restaurants, bars, shopping, Hooker bars and much more. Puerto Rico, what a beautiful Island to visit. The Hotel was also, beautiful overlooking all the cruise ships and the beach.

✗ The Hotel Breakfast was a little pricey and not the best. Other restaurants by as well.

Don't stay here if you aren't going on a cruise ship

✓ Some of the staff was exceptionally friendly. One in particular was very rude and not helpful, but the rest went above and beyond to provide advice and make recommendations. The overall location was fantastic- everything you want is in walking distance. However if you are looking for a "quiet" stay, this is not the place because it seems like every cruise ship family was staying here so the lobby and common areas were always very chaotic and full of children running around. If you are looking for something that feels less like a line for rollercoaster at Disney, you should stay somewhere else.

✗ Breakfast food was disappointing and there were not many options for someone with a gluten allergy. I wish the hotel was more relaxing, the amount of people and kids screaming made for a very unpleasant experience.

Although it lacks local character and is very much a corporate space, this hotel is a great value.
