Overall great stay . Great amenities and great staff.

✓ Perfect location! In close range to airport and many tourist attractions and sites.

✗ Bathroom needed some updating. Bath tub needed to be repainted and toilet wasn’t easy to flush. Came with large party and all had the same issues with the room. Also housekeeping would come in without knocking or even with so not disturb on the door. They would still come in and clean.

✓ The manager Alex was nice and welcoming and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was a great addition with the 2 drinks during happy hour

✗ Happy hour was only 1hr and 30 minutes, wish it was longer because 1 day I missed my free drinks.

Fabulous

✓ The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It allowed for ease of access to many different areas. Some stores and restaurants were within walking distance and it was very close to the airport. Overall, it is a very beautiful and affordable hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

Costly stay for dated resort, with clean room and friendly staff.

✓ Breakfast was fine but after 3rd day tired of the choices. Everything you needed the hotel had at additional cost that was reasonable. Several food options for lunch/dinner. A bar on site. The traditional happy hour was available free of charge. There was a small hotel casino as well. TV in the rooms were nice, hotel provided bottle water, refrigerator and microwave. Beach was less than a 5 min walk. CVS on the corner. Several fast food chains and authentic Hispanic food restaurants all walking distance. Bathrooms in the common areas were always clean. When you walk to beach, the hotel had free towels ans lounge chairs with umbrellas for you and your guest.

✗ The hotel rooms are dated. Need to be upgraded with a modern look and feel. We were locked out of our rooms for several hours and front desk/security took over an hour to fix. Toliets were slow to flush, needed to hold for several seconds in order for contents to go down. The rate was extremely high! Thursday and Friday room rates increased.
