✓ I can only speak to staying in a Cabin--- I didn't expect this place to be the lap of luxury, just a place close to town I could stay in while up for a wedding, and this place was fantastic for that. The cabins were tidy, with linens and towels. The RV park very close to downtown Arcata, pet friendly, and a short drive to the beach. I didn't hang out at the RV park very much, but the people I did interact with were sweet families and kids running around.
✗ Shower and restroom facilities are shared, but I knew that going in. The cleanliness of the shower house is equal to any public pool or campground shower house- there's a little mess and the floors get dirty towards the end of the day. Bring shower shoes!

You'll want to book the Deluxe Family Cabin. It has a 2-burner cooktop as well! All dishes and pans included.

It's ok.... Verizon tends to the worst. Tmobile and ATT are the main providers in the area.

Each cabin sleeps 4 people comfortably. There is a queen bed and 2 single beds as part of a bunk. Depending on how small/big the children are this may or may not accommodate properly.

Do they do not. There are ceiling fans and quite a few windows. This area typically doesn't reach the 80's. Average is 55-70 during the day

Our Deluxe and Rustic cabins are pet friendly. The Rustic Resort Cabins are not. Only the deluxe cabin has a private bathroom inside. The Rustics use the resort facilities

Currently we do not! We are actively working to change that. We are a beautiful location with plenty to do in the area. We are close access to coffee shops, restaurants and the university property, which all offer Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere.

Yes! Cabins are heated. All blankets, linens, pillows and towels are included as well.

Yes. However, the one with a ramp does not have a private bathroom, they would be using onsite facilities instead.
