Excellent!!
✓ The rooms very clean. I tend to notice everything whenever I stay in a hotel room right from the bedsheets, sink, mirror, curtains, shower curtains and even liners. I was pleased with the upkeep. There was a microwave in the room which made reheating our take outs easy specially after long hikes at the redwoods.
✗ I wish there were more options in breakfast.

✗ awful chairs in the breakfast room. too short, makes me feel like a 8 year old child. I complained about this the last time I was here, but apparently corporate HQ is too cheap or uncaring to change the small chairs..must be the oddest breakfast dining experience in all of the US

✓ updated interiors, clean and comfortable beds, good bathroom space and water pressure, friendly staff.
✗ The neighborhood is challenging due to the overall condition being older, run down, feeling unsafe overall.
