Will come back or recommend friends but no to K hotel unless they investigate my case and make refund.

✓ Staff helpful unlike K Hotel where the manager cannot do anything to help one of my 5 rooms to cut short of 1 day stay instead of 2 days. Under my free cancellation I am supposed to give 1 day notice. As I do not know how to cancel by Booking com I went in person 2 days before cancellation for help. They refused and I have to pay 2 nights stay for staying only 1 day.

Value for money, a little run down but worth the stay. Staff are nice but that mistake made the experience really bad.

✗ For some reason, the hotel lobby receptionist decided to give my room number to a stranger. The person then went up to my room and kept knocking nonstop for 15 minutes at the door. When I opened the door the person barged into my room and demanded I pay money and accept his other chauffeuring services.

A comfy stay

✓ Location wise is excellent for foodies and nearby malls.. 5mins ride or drive to batam ferry terminal. Staffs were hospitable.

✗ Wifi wasn't strong in my room.. probably rooms situated at the end usually has difficulty in receiving wifi
