Great stay in an excellent hotel
✓ The BWP Why Hotel is really a Benchmark hotel for the group. It is beautifully appointed with very modern yet comfortable and cosy rooms. The staff in all instances were exceptionally friendly and helpful too.

✗ I lost my luggage so when I asked the front staff where to go for clothes, shampoo, etc. Je just posted that way. Also, I apparently had complimentary breakfast but wasn’t told. Found out at check out when paying for the bill.

A friendly hotel in a great location.
✓ Very close to old town in Lille. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to main attractions. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The king suite with terrace was perfect for our stay.
✗ An initial problem with the rain shower overflowing the shower tray. After reporting this it was rectified very quickly.

✗ this hotel took a deposit and it hasn’t returned to me in over two weeks. when I messaged them they just said it was up to the bank, promised they’d show me the transaction from their side but never responded . don’t stay here ! I’m still trying to locate the deposit
