✓ very beautiful and very spacious room, smartly decorated, with nice terrace with sea views. staff were super polite and friendly. nice pool, good breakfast. hotel restaurant with good food and fantastic views in very very close proximity. walking distance to one of the best beaches around Herakleion.

✗ although the rooms are fully renovated and in mint condition, the external facilities were a bit unkempt (for example, the umbrellas at the pool area). it would be very convenient if the pool bar was working (although it must be noted that the hotel restaurant nearby was providing food throughout the day). not many shops or other restos in very close proximity.

Perfect location for those who looking for some quiet time.

✓ Wonderful place with pool and very close to the ocean! It is at the end of the road and peaceful; opposite of the road is a wonderful restaurant.... The breakfast buffet in the morning is outstanding as well!!

✗ Cleaning staff arrived every morning around 7AM on the premises and had loud conversations which were very audible in the room (unwanted wake-up call)....

✓ The hotel is located at the end of the road (which provides for quiet with little traffic) on a point overlooking the ocean with a wonderful pool and sunbeds for lounging...the owners were friendly and accommodating...the unsung part of the hotel is their restaurant located across the street, which is spectacular! We enjoyed an hours long evening of wine and food in a very stylish setting with a fantastic open-air view of the sea and coastline and an incredibly friendly and helpful waitstaff that never pressured us to leave and suggested delicious dishes for us to try...it's a must!

Amazing view, close to the beach, good eats, lovely stay!

✓ Amazing panorama from the rooms with sea view, from the hotel's garden and its Yamas restaurant. Very good location: just a few minutes walk from the beach, nearby bus stop. Very good buffet breakfast with a "Cretan breakfast" section. The half-board dinners, served in the hotel's cozy restaurant, featured 4 courses (starter or soup, salad, main, and dessert) that could be pre-selected at the previous meal. The staff and the waiters were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return!

✗ Please consider putting a mosquito net on the standard rooms' balcony door too! And pay more attention to the serving temperature of the wines (dry red wines should be around 14-18 °C, depending on their type, but not over 20-24 for sure).
