Perfect location with a lovely pool, comfortable rooms and kind staff!

✓ Loved the location - it was close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Best part was the pool/bar area.

✓ Very beautiful property. Brad new with very elegant and functional furniture. Two pools and an internal bar make possible to pass the whole time inside though the residence is very close to the beach. The personnel has been extremely kind and the owner has been very supportive since we have arrived. A great place to stay.

✗ We liked very much our stay and we did not find anything we disliked in the property. Agia Pelagia is not the best location in Creta we have seen but this is not linked to the property that is surely one of the best we have been in.

✓ From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a serene oasis where comfort and warmth radiate throughout. We were exceptionally pleased with the hotel; it was beyond our wildest expectations. The hotel exudes a perfect blend of laid-back luxury and authentic Cretan charm, creating a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere that captures the essence of relaxation. The staff are gems—extremely friendly, attentive, and eager to assist on any occasion, always wearing heartfelt smiles. Their exceptional service made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. Location-wise, it's unrivalled. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and only 70 meters from the tranquil, turquoise waters of a calm bay—a stark contrast to North Crete’s known strong waves. This proximity allowed us to effortlessly switch between the hotel's pristine pool and the inviting sea. The poolside bar was a delightful bonus, offering refreshing cocktails, prosecco and wine and light bites under the soft breeze—a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Nestled in a charming small village, the hotel is surrounded by an array of delightful beachfront restaurants (which we explored at dinner time), offering delectable cuisine and vibrant yet peaceful vibes. Leaving this slice of paradise was our trip’s only challenge; we simply didn't want our stay to end. In conclusion, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it’s an experience that enriches the soul, a splendid testament to Crete’s incredible hospitality. We LOVED THAT!

Amazing stay with very friendly staff, I would definitely visit again.

✓ The hotel was great. It exceeded our expectations and had extremely welcoming staff. The facilities were good too. I had a facial and massage which were both really good. The location was perfect too.

✗ We didn't really eat at the hotel. The beach had loads of places to choose from to eat at reasonable prices too. My friend had a wrap she didn't enjoy but other than that, she said the fresh orange juice and ice cream was great.

A perfect weekend! Wish we could have stayed longer!
