Exceptional
✓ The property is beautiful, it’s a family run Hotel + a dog. Feels like you’re home. Wonderful people.
✗ The elevator was missing but they had people who brought our stuff to our room so it was good.

A great welcome in a beautiful location.
✓ The location is fantastic. Just a 15 minute walk from the promenade and beach, local bars and places to eat. The owners are very friendly, rooms keeps spotlessly clean and they are on hand to offer advice. A plus was the continental breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a quiet residential street and my room had a well maintained private bathroom. The room was cleaned daily also. For the price, location and customer service, this hotel/BnB is a gem in Viareggio. Having stayed in lots of different places across Tuscany, I would recommend Hotel Sauro to anyone.
