✓ There was clening and fresh towels every day, good coffee, airco.
✗ The room and bathroom not updated, the shower curtain was falling off. No vegetables at the breakfast, bread not fresh. Only 2 electric contacts worked.

Better than expected.
✓ The location is great, everything is close, shops, sea, train station. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast by the menu (standard: eggs, toasts, sweets, coffee, fruits, yoghurt, prosciutto etc.) Stefano and his wife were extremely nice. I would definitely stay in 4 Assi again and will recommend to my friends. Not even 3* hotels have the same accommodations and service.

Very succesful.
✓ Breakfast was diverse (you choose from the list). Not far from the railway station, very close to the free beach. No lift, but as for us hikers not a problem.
