✓ Location was great. there was space for luggage & a safe in the room. The wifi worked okay, AC was good. The room was generally clean but bathroom couldve been better.

✗ The windows had no mosquito nets, making them useless at least for me. The bathroom had a weird smell (like mold/ bug spray). The water temperature was fluctuating by quite a bit.

Comfortable, convenient and great choice.

✓ It was comfortable and immaculately clean. Well-designed and location was great - close to many restaurants. Room was on the small side, but I didn’t mind. The staff were very friendly. Air conditioning was a huge bonus - a rarity in Mexico City. The club next door didn’t seem to be in operation so I slept very well.

✓ The best location for me due to all the nice restaurants. Quich uber to other locations, lots of trees, very safe. Ac if you need it. There is no full time person at the front desk and no elevator but I don't care about that.

Good value boutique hotel in very good location

✓ Great boutique hotel in Condessa, with eight rooms. Ask for one away from the bar a couple of doors away, if sensitive to vibrations. Paul was excellent, but the other staff do not speak any English. Room clean up was great. Limited English TV channels.

✗ Only one staff person spoke English.
