✓ The location of the hotel
✗ The location of the room was in a terrible spot, right next to the front desk, with no exterior window. There was no hot water. Hammering and construction started at 7:30am.

Urban freezer with no character

✗ QR code did not appear in my phone. The person at the entrance kept holding me without telling me where the apartment was. I could have gone directly to the apartment and enter the code to get the keys but he hold me no reason even when I told him that my parking space needed money. When I finally got a hold of the administrator that had been bombarding me with rental offers all week she didn't understand why I was upset when getting a parking ticket. It was obviously due to their inefficiency. Neither her suggestions or apologies made any sense The facilities had no extra blankets, not enough towels and no kitchen wear or items to cook. As a person that has traveled all around the world and owns an AirBandB, I certainly learned what not to d to my clients.

A place for short satayings
✓ It’s very well located, near main streets, the room was very comfortable and clean, you will find almost anything you need in there. The staff was very nice and helpful.
✗ The room didn’t have windows so you fell locked without having notion of the weather or if it’s day or night. There was no closet and it was a little uncomfortable for getting the clothes out of the wallet. There is no elevator so you have to use spiral stairs that where also uncomfortable for the suit cases.

✗ they made us sign a paper right before giving us the keys (so after we paid for the rooms) saying we won’t request our money back due to a very loud music event going on from 7pm to 3am the sheets were dirty, as in there were stains and pubic hairs on them.

✗ There was no water in the bathroom after 10pm both nights. And nobody reallly seemed to care even tough i advised about it.

Lovely hotel and lovely people who work there .They couldnt have been any nicer or more helpful
✓ Great location .safe area and lots of cafes and bars nearby and great restaurants.The hotel is very chic and clean and the people who work at the hotel are really friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel
