✗ Location is great to walk to places . I ve been working in hospitality business for years . I have lot experiences on hotel and tourism . Unfortunately staff are so rude , two make receptionist are not proffesional and they need to learn how to talk to a customer when there is a problem . Service in pool area very bad . We had to chase the waiters to give an order . I got to say the most proffesional one was the old waiter in al carte restaurant . He was so attendant . Housekeepers are so friendly and helpful even they don’t speak English but we find the way to comminicate , at least they have smiley face , friendly attitude .

✗ During my stay at El Mouradi hotel, I had a disappointing experience with their customer service. There was a lack of communication with both night and day staff, leading to various issues during my visit. I left some items behind at the reception, and unfortunately, they went missing. Moreover, I encountered some questionable policies aimed at making extra money, but the staff couldn't provide any evidence to support them. These aspects negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel. I believe the hotel management should prioritize improving their communication and customer service practices to ensure a more enjoyable and satisfactory stay for their guests in the future. The service received and hotel standard is definitely not a 5 star hotel compared to other I have been too.

It was way over my expectations

✓ It was a perfect accomodation. I stayed there only one night because of business issues. I did not want to leave the place. If i had a chance, i would like to make my staying longer than one day. Pool is nice and beach is right front of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and many varieties is available. Lunch was another story, delicious. Hotel was over my expectations. I love the hotel and the staff at the reception. P.s. Here is my advice for the staff at the reception. Don't judge them too early. They take their job so seriously, actually they are nice and lovely people.

✗ Staff at the pool are impolite. I think management is not running by the hotel. They always make you wait. I saw two young ladies had an argument with the staff over pizza order. I ordered a pizza and i asked the staff guy after 40 min. later and he responded me in a really really arrogant and a rude way and shouted me "go and ask to restaurant!!!." I complained about this problem to the manager and the manager of the restaurant made me a surprise with a bowl of fruits that i found at my room. If i did not see the arguments between staff and these young ladies, probably i wouldn't complaint about it. But i think this is a serious problem exactly for the customers who has just a only one day for a leisure time. I did not eat anything at the pool and it ended with a terrible headache. If you want anything else to eat or drink. Just go by yourself and order it. It is not worth it to face with kind of problem and make your mood down. I will definitely visit there when i have a chance. Thank you very much...

✓ Swimming in the outdoor pool was pleasant experience I enjoyed the evening dancing stage performances bands The front desk staff were friendly and helpful , thanks to Mrs. Ahlam for her help attitude and cheerful behavior

✗ The wi-fi keeps breaking The sound of the music played at the pool hull around the day was so loud.

A nice stay but the hotel had some shortcomings

✓ The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Good pool. Superior double room had a very comfortable bed & was spacious. Clubs very close by.

✗ The bathroom in the superior double room wasn’t renovated, toilet kept running and had to lift the lid of the water each time we flushed. During the night there is always some music from clubs in the background. The food could be better for a 5 star hotel. Amenities were limited. Tried out the hairdresser and not worth it as she didn’t do what we paid for. We ordered taxi’s at the front desk hours before but they never called them. This happened twice.

✓ The pool was great. The beach was wonderful. the facilities were great also. I thank AHLEM in the front office. She was great. So welcoming and worm.
