✓ Marwa at the reception was Amazing with the Front office manager! I was asking for a higher floor however when they couldn't find they upgraded me to a suite

✗ the hotel is quite old needs to be renovated

✓ I canceled part of my stay and they promised to return the amount in my card after few days but they never did

Below my expectations. I must associate my sickness to the food as it's the only place where I ate.

✓ Personel, very friendly, comely. Pool area, beach and personel attending us.

✗ food (got sick), water shortages, power shortage (once), cockroaches in the toilet (seen once), little critters in the bath tub every morning, fridge won't work, TV (audio defect),..

Tranquility at it’s best!

✓ The beach is right at the back of the hotel. The hotel on its own is an attraction, there is plenty to do. The hotel is clean. Breakfast buffet has a variety of options.

✗ The staff only speaks Arabic and French no English! Discoloured bathroom towels and gown.They were yellowish instead of white. The matras was on the hard side.

Two qualities of room, Noisy Bar, basic breakfast, over priced

✓ balcony in room was very nice, two qualities of room, old and new, big difference in appearance and comfort

✗ Noisy Bar, which is connected to hotel, but noy under hotel management
