Good value for money

✓ + Staff is very friendly and helpful (big plus) + location is great (it's in Thamel) + It's good value for money

✗ - I have seen many comments praising the breakfast so I have to highlight this. The breakfast consists of 4 plates with Indian food, indian bread, vegetables and boiled eggs. Then you have a bowl with milk (which in my opinion should be covered and inside the original packaging) and a bowl of cereals. You also have bread, butter and jam in a small bowl, that didn't look very good tbh (so no individual packages) and you have coffee and tea.

Really good for a stay in Kathmandu!

Nice place to hide from Tamel crowds

✓ Wifi is ok, hot water is hot, there is a nice rooftop restaurant with good food. Breakfast was wonderful. Free taxi from the airport really waited for me at arrival (there was a queue for 1.5 hour at least). Generally staff is very nice and friendly. There is a cooler with hot and cold water at every floor.

✗ I strongly advice you, if you like this hotel, to book it only via Booking.com, othervise they will try to refuse the free taxi service to the airport, and will try to charge you 800 roupees, while the cheapest taxi costs only 500. And the room will be changed also. I stayed there 2 times, on the second time I booked directly and regretted it, as I had some negociation about free taxi to the airport. Book via Booking and be safe about this.

A nice and central place to stay at Thamel

✓ A great budget hotel right at the centre of Thamel with all basic amenities you need and a great affordable attached rooftop restaurant! The check in desk is manned 24 hours which was a great help as i arrived almost midnight. Luckily the hotel is known by all taxi drivers, so i had no problems arriving. The staff are very helpful. Rooms are big and very clean. The hot water is ample and really hot. Beds are comfy. There are balconies at end of corridors so there's ample air and also a place for smokers without having to go out of hotels. A great feature is the rooftop restaurant where the serve magic breakfast and also a la karta lunches and dinners. The prices are above high street prices but affordable. There's also a good bar at this restaurant.

✗ Hotel is slightly inside main street. So, you could find it but tricky to find as it's not on main Thamel Street. The 2 small signs can be missed.

✗ noise at night people come from the upstairs bar / restaurant talking lound .It would be help if where a request to be people respect the silence at night . the rest it was great specially the staff.. They were very helpful and kind .
