Pleasantly surprised with how good the room was, considering the low price.

✓ The room was very clean, modern/new furniture. The host was very understanding of our delayed flight and helpful with being contactable via What’sApp.

✗ The tea/coffee making facilities could have been improved. There was no tea available.

✓ Friendly owners and staff, all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay at the beautiful east coast of Mallorca

great location but very loud English karoake every night wasn’t great.

✓ being close to the sea was great and although it’s very small it was tidy and clean.

✗ there’s English karaoke every night from 9:30 until 1 or 2 that was extremely loud so I’d like to warn others that it’s right underneath the room so if you’re looking for a relaxing spot to sleep well then it’s not ideal.

✓ Good value for your money, the room itself is reasonably big and well equipped. The staff is nice and location good. Parking is free on the streets around the accommodation (and in September it's not that hard to find free parking spots).

✗ There is no air conditioning and in the summer heat that can be a big problem, that even the big fan on the ceiling cannot solve. Be prepared to hear some music from karaoke bar downstairs - but with earplugs it's not much of a problem.

✗ I booked a room which was listed as having a sea view but the room we were given did not have sea view. Not a major problem for us but could be disappointing for some people.

Great value for price, but thin walls

✓ Very good value for the money, and extremely accommodating host, which speaks perfect English, and you can ask them on booking.com chat for all you need to ask. Location is perfect. I also liked that you could decide when cleaning should happen. Noone disturbed in the mornings.

✗ The hostel is very good for it's price, but bathrom was very small, and the warm water heater is too small. The walls were thin. A dog kept barking at some times in the neighboring room when the owner was away, as this hostel is pet friendly. This is not the right place if you don't want to be disturbed by sounds, but I didn't mind much.
