✓ I loved the hotel the pool the beds the location and the staff

✗ The restaurant and staff Food was not good mainly pork There was a celebration dinner one night for tourist’s appreciation and the dinner was fabulous but that was it. We ate out some nights even after paying for our meals

✓ Good variety of food, a lot of tasty options. Spacious and beautiful room with sea view. The hotel grounds are well kept. The hotel is located outside the center of Cala Millor, at a more quiet part of the town. Bus stop is located steps away.

✗ Most desserts were too sweet and had an artificial taste. The gym only has cardio machines. The indoor pool is very small.

Best hotel in Cala Millor

✓ I think it's one of best hotels here. Pool is totally surrounded from outside, so it's very comfortable there. I got a bargain, paid like 60% of price because of genius and good timing, but if you don't know, food here is like 15 types of desserts and 40 kinds of normal food each time. Only food and drinks would cost you a lot if you eat outside so it's a great deal. Great friendly staff, they checked me in before the time. Close to sandy beach. You won't regret if you pick this hotel. Rooms are quite luxurious, very good standard and clean. I would give 11/10 to be honest. It's so perfect, you have nothing to complain about. Now everybody will be booking here... Heh, good. Each time I got like 3 plates of food and one plate of desserts and one of fresh fruit. Also, you have 2 types of delicious smoothies for breakfast, that's over the top. I chose this hotel because of bargain, but I am glad I picked it. So many places people complain a lot, but here it was so good. Trust me and pick it. Drinks are also very good. Amazing place. I was alone, but probably if you have a company you will feel even better. They also have different activities, you can shoot at gun range, archery also. And overall it's very beautiful hotel inside. Worth coming here. All the best. Also beds are very comfy, mattress is very thick, so they really care.

✓ I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were well-trained and engaged. The food was superb. The facilities were excellent and I really appreciated the effort that went into providing some entertainment in the evenings. Reading back on some of the reviews, as always, I get so disappointed. I wonder if guests realise the impact that a bad score can have on both staff morale and the hotel itself. Let's take UWE's review on Feb 9th. Really? My experience was the exact opposite of yours. And frankly, why on earth would you mark a hotel down like this? It's just unkind. Shame on you. If guests had to publish their real names in reviews, I wonder if they would write such rubbish. If you experience minor issues, take them up directly with the hotel, and don't put them in the public domain.
