✓ Everything about this hotel was lovely, staff, room, food, location. Very high quality food, bed & table linen, just wish we had longer there.

fantastic hotel to stay in mountain village of Arabba
✓ Typical Tirol building with cosy rooms, fantastic breakfast and spa small but very nice to have. small restaurants in the area and just nice walk to village center

Super nice place and with a nicer room/bed this would have been super
✓ It was ok! Not great. Great spa that we used every day. Good facilities for storing skins etc. The only thing that I’m not so happy about was the size of the room and beds. We wher to grown up men in our 50s that asked for two separate beds which we didn’t get. After two nights we got moved to a mother room with one nice bed and a bed sofa which was not so connfortable.

✓ Lovely staff, nice comfortable rooms, relaxing spa. Can ski in and out of the hotel when there is a lot of snow.

✓ We felt really welcome. The staff was great and was able to accommodate all our wishes. Location is excelent and food is excelent as well. Will come back :)

Dear Sir, yes we accept dogs at the price of € 10,00 per day and in case we tend to reserve rooms on the first floor with parquet or apartments. Best Regards Michela - front office agent

Dear Mr Gomiscek, cancellation policy with Booking.com is not modifiable, so we can suggest to book directly through us because in case of cancellation due to Covid we'll make a voucher of the same amount of the deposit expendable until April 2023.
