✓ Breakfast was nice. staff was ever engaging and very helpful in attending to our needs. Housekeeping was efficient. And most importantly, most staff had a smile on their faces and seemed very eager to make our stay comfortable.
✗ The water pressure in the bathrooms needs improvement. The fire exits in the corridors need to be marked so that one can see them when you come out of the rooms. It gets confusing sometimes to determine where the lifts / stairs are.

✓ The breakfast selection is extensive, offering delicious food. Despite its smaller size, this centrally located property is efficiently managed and impeccably maintained. The standout feature is the Rooftop Restobar, Farzi. It was truly delightful, providing an incredible experience.

✗ The only thing that we did not like was that when we called the night kitchen to order from nighttime menu, the person took our menu, sent us food but when we called him for a 2nd time to add on something to the order, he said - aapko ek baar mein batana thha. That was bit of a let down.
