✓ Hospitality was exceptional, everything we asked for was catered super fast. Loved our experience with the housekeeper/ manager.
✗ It was hard to reach the property on the phone number they mentioned, but the housekeeper explained and it was all good afterwards.

✓ The property is located at the center of Phalka Bazaar which is one of the prime locations of Gwalior. It is a heritage property with neat and clean rooms bathroom and an amazing rooftop view facing Gwalior Fort. Rohit and Akash were very supportive and helped us with any requirement we had. As the property is located in middle of the market, food is easily accessible and almost all types of shops are just 5 minute walk away. A very positive environment, people and overall experience. One of the best places I have stayed if not the best. Also, Gwalior is an amazing city with amazing places and amazing people.

✓ the homestay is location in the main market- close to lot of food joints/restaurants and shopping spots. The staff is friendly and helpful.

✓ Location was OK, the non-English speaking staff were very nice, rooms are big enough
✗ Pics are misleading, this is not the front of their establishment which has only a small entrance on the ground floor, just on the left edge of the picture. One has to go up 2 very long flights of stairs to get to a very small and dirty reception area, through which one must pass to get to the rooms. No lift, so be prepared to climb narrow staircases. Receptionist speaks almost no English, other staff none at all. Breakfast was minimal, 3 tiny "dollar" pancakes and a very small cup of tea, I asked for fruit each morning and didn't get it

✓ This is actually a continuation of my earlier review. In hindsight I think I should have mentioned the staff more as they really did go out of their way to help me, from fixing my palm to doing recommendations, even going out into the stress to get a taxi for me.
