✗ It did not look like the pictures on this website, it was in a bad location. No facilities available as listed. Room incredibly dirty and staff did not speak English and were very unhelpful when we translated our issues.

✓ It was good room with comfort square and furniture. Everything is clean and nice. Hotel staff was ready to help and negotiate all the issues I had. I was forced to move out earlier from the hotel. Everything was fine with cashback and communication speed. Advise everyone for long stay at a moderate price. Good alternative with airbnb in this area.

✗ Not enough light between floors and not in the main areas - spa and the staff.

I liked the time spent in this hotel. so I extended the room for a few more days

✓ cozy, spacious room, and most importantly, that the room has a kitchen, this is a huge plus. the location is comfortable, there is always a parking space, can not be compared with the center of Alanya. Walking distance to grocery stores and more!!!

✗ the fitness center is very old, but everything you need is there. this does not affect the stay and comfort 😁

✓ The receptionist are very flexibel and friendly as well the waiters. Room spacy and clean, with see view, clean spacy balcony. The fitness room outside with cover and several options of equipment. Swimming pool clean and big enough if you want train. Lot of room in the lobby and restaurant. Good wi fi in the room made everything to be easy.
