✓ Hotel clean . The young lads working the restaurant and bar with exeption of 1 of them. Reception staff good.

✗ Not much choice of food but what ther was was quite nice. Poor choice of alcohol with all inclusive, beer vodka gin wine and soft drinks, and what really annoyed me from 10pm they charge you for drinks not very all inclusive in my opinion. Beach not the best. Location not great

✓ The hotel, the staff and the overall atmosphere. The manager of the hotel (Eren) is always there to look after the guests, very professional and customer oriented and always there to resolve issues as it raise. The hospitality in here has been absolutely amazing - on one occasion I asked for a recommendation of a nice Turkish restaurant in Alanya region, Eren the hotel manager not only recommended the restaurant to me but drove me there in his own personal car. Thanks Eren. The staff at reception “Darina” has been awesome as well. Had an amazing 12 days holiday in Alanya.

I spent three weeks in August, and in general, the price/quality is good, I recommend it

✗ The beach is rocky Not a great variety of food, you have to come as soon as breakfast/lunch/dinner starts otherwise the choice will be minimal, you will have to choose from what is left Wi-Fi in the room did not work, and the speed in the lobby was deficient It is cold in the sauna almost all the time The hotel is in a rather not fresh condition

✓ View, clean rooms, friendly staff I got that feeling that we were like a family Well first of all I think you’re curious why I gave 4 overall ! The hotel’s staff is very cool, nice and friendly which is a very big plus, but the min one is that there is only one employee who speaks English and not perfect as you expect, but again she is very helpful and nice person! Regarding the location, I am really in love with the view, closed to the beach, hotel design, pools shaped, everything, BUT the only disappointing things were : 1- the way reach the beach : consider a bit walking towards next hotel under burning sunshine and take the tunnel 2- which is the most annoying is that the beach is really stoned, i got a small injury in my foot. And that’s something has nothing to do with the hotel itself, I know , but it’s something to take to account. For the rest , very clean rooms, maybe they need to keep their eyes and have to focus on every small detail after someone leaves because in my friend’s room the money safe door was missed , douche was defect, but when we complained about it their response was so fast and they fixed immediately ☺️ Overall it was a very nice experience and I would love to repeat it again Thanks Sey Beach staff 😘

✗ This is the first time i have taken my time to write a bad review. This hotel is under all critics and i dont know where to start. I am confused as to why the hotel has this good reviews. We can start with the worst, the food. They only have one protein per day and they dont refill the food when it finishes,they use leftovers from previous days and the staff are very mean when you ask them to refill the food. I have several photos from where simple foods are finished such as rice and fries and they dont refill until you tell them and they take time to refill. If you want to get food on your plate you have to be there when its dinner or lunchtime to be able to atleast get food on your plate. This is far away from all inclusive because even when you want to take the only protein per day there is staff serving you and they get mad if you for example take more than they want to put on your plate.The staff in the hotel cant speak english at all except mehmet in the reception who was really nice the entire stay.We had problem with the aircondition all the time and couldnt sleep some nights because of the hot temperature. They also dont give you water everyday except when you check in. The buildings and restaurants and all facilities feel like a sauna because they dont open air condition. The cleaners are very bad and dont clean your room and you only get new towels every three days. We did not get our bedsheets renewed for the entire vacation. They close the warmwater between 16.00-19.00 because they know thats when people take showers for dinner. We ordered takeaway food every single day!! This is the worst hotel i have been to in my entire life and the staff and hotel is the most stingy i have ever seen.
