Definitely to recommend for a visit of Valladolid

✓ Eric had a lot of advice and was very kind and available to respond to any inquiries. The guesthouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood near the local market and just 15 min walking from the bus station. It has a shared kitchen and outdoor area to sit and relax.

✗ The bathroom was a bit old and small.

✓ the host was very kind and helpfull and he did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. He’s a starter but I’d already definitely recommend staying here. also the location is good. it’s in the centre! you can rent bikes to ride up to cenotes :)

✓ The staff is so amazing! they respond within a second! Private parking place, swimmingpool, cozy rooms and much space! also a fridge in the room. So glad we picked this place for our 3 nights in Valladolid!

Nice room for a short stay

✓ Nice accommodation for a short stay in Valladolid. Very friendly owner and good recommendations.

✗ The bathroom could use an update. During the day the room heated up very badly and without an air conditioning it was hard to cool it down in the evening.

✗ The kitchen is pretty sparse (just a single hotplate and a microwave).
