"People make the place. They need to keep to their prices and deliver what they advertise.
✓ It was cute, beautifully decorated. Most of the staff were friendly, one very helpful. They did give me a lock to lock my valuable for free. They try to do nights out.
✗ The owner kept changing the prices of the property online, so that when you booked it seemed like he was doing you a favour by giving you had booked with online.
He accused me of not having paid one of the nights, although they had given me a receipt of payment. This really stressful and was after I had lost money at this hotel.
The swimming pool is not clean enough to swin in, so no one went in.

✗ I had to checkout a day earlier because the room was so bad, no air con had a fan but the socket kept going off, the wall next to the bed was infested with ants I have bite marks on my legs, there was cockroaches in the shower and toilet
"Great sense of community in the middle of Valladolid
✓ I loved the breakfast--smile face pancakes, or a sandwich, very tasty. The location is great: 5-6 minute walk to the city center, 5-6 minute walk to Cenote Zaci. The staff is very friendly, and it was a cool vibe. I was very comfortable there; also the staff is knowledgeable about tourist attractions and can tell you the best ways to get there.

✗ Never gave me my deposit back the toilets were filthy,no restaurant as advertised, barely a bar only thing that saves this place is it had a cool small pool but it wasn't maintained if you like bare Bones Mexican living this place is for you if not run away

✗ No respect travelers.i ask to put volume of phone low .she was watching the news of phone foul volume at 7 the morning.2 hour later she aske to live because all beds is reservate ,even i did told her last night,i stay more 2 days.
