Friendly n helpful staff
✓ Friendly staff. They always prepare to help as far as they can. Onsen (indoor n open air) was good n comfortable. Free shuttle bus service offers much convenience to guests in visiting Takayama old town. The guestroom was clean and tidy and the effort of cleaning ladies and the management is appreciated.

✓ Nice onsen included for the price. Have a shuttle bus running from the station. Helpful front desk staff if you speak Japanese.

Picturesque Takayama
✓ Breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. We loved having the shuttle bus service to avail ourselves of. It is a picturesque place full of history. Loved the older township full of shops and eateries.
✗ The room was extremely tight with three beds squeezed in.

Amazing experience
✓ Room size, the hotel is not so close to the Takayama station but the hotel provides transfer. The hotel installations are amazing, close to the hotel there is a family mart.

✗ Was a bit far away from the local attractions. But the charter bus was available to get you to the main area

✓ - breakfast - a lot of extra services for free (shuttle, onsen, coffee, little dinner)
✗ - very very small room - no space for luggage - poor sound insulation (you can hear the shuttle bus, the maid service and all the other guests scurry the hallway…

The Family mart is just in front of our hotel for 1minites. and there are no nearest restraut by hotel. so please take the dinner in the city
