✗ I did not like the towel in the bathroom. It was old and no longer as white as "a white towel ought to be" The bed (mattress) needs replacing.

✗ A member of staff used their access key and barged into my room one morning at around 7am, whilst I was sleeping. They apologised and left very quickly when they realised, but it was quite unsettling as a solo female traveller.

Great place to stay at the hub of Dar es Salaam.
✓ Had taken the 2 bed apartment, it was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good too. There is an option to have your eggs made to your preference.
✗ The AC in the common area of the apartment was mostly dysfunctional, however; a member of the staff attended to the situation.

The Superior Rooms have a Step-out balcony where one can smoke. Early Check-in before 6 AM, full day rate extra charge applies. Check-in between 6 AM to 11AM, a 50% room rate extra charge will be applied. Airport Taxi driver pick-up fees is $25 USD
