Exceptional
✓ Cleanliness, location, view, STAFF (extremely helpful and kind). The place is not a regular hotel. It feels more than that.

Old, tired and in need of a complete renovation.
✓ The pool. Clean and fresh. Annoyingly one has to wear swim caps which are totally useless
✗ Apart from the pool the rest of the property is old and tired. Like stepping back into the late eighties. Rooms are small. AC barely working. Bathrooms are from the 80ies. Bedspreads was heavily stained. Bedsheets uncomfortable. Overall one of the worst hotels I have been at.

Very disappointing stay and could not argue any of my issues with receptionist as she did not speak one word of english!

✗ Not fully wheelchair access which I really needed, poor cooling, could not fit in shower, requires hair caps to enter pool

✓ The room was bigger than I expected, 4 people could have been accomadated comfortably. The bathroom was ok, and the breakfast very good

✓ Large bedroom size. The staff were friendly and assisted me with on-the-ground decisions.
✗ A bit far from public transport, which made getting to and from the venue a lot more strenuous.

✓ The staff, the owners they were hands on. They made us feel at home in their hotel. Food was great. Room was very nice.
✗ The cost of transport to center city Rome. 14 miles away at a cost of 100€ one way. Outrageous!!!
