✓ The main treasure of this guest house is it’s manager - Ali. Before our arrival he answered all my questions in what’s app. I was traveling with my mom, who unfortunately broke her leg two days before our holiday, so Ali was so kind to take us to the beach by his electro car. and also he helped us with other questions. Speaking about the property - it’s clean , hospitable and very close to the bikini beach! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is good, and there is always hot water in the shower

My stay was pleasurable and fun and the place is good for busy businesses executives too.

✓ This is has to be one of the best Guest Houses on the island. The rooms are large and were equipped will all the facilities I needed. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was large and very tasty. As I was on a business trip I had to keep in touch with my colleagues and the owner of the guest house provided me with a large table and extra space for me to work, all free of charge. Wi-Fi is excellent and it made my video conferencing meetings easy. For business travelers this guest house is a good choice since there is plenty of sitting space around to have your private conversations.

✓ The place is wonderful. The staff is very friendly. The owner made arrangements to get us to the hotel. The room was rather big and comfortable. When we returned after beach every day it was clean and cool. By the way, the hotel is comfortably located. If you want to go around the island you can use bycycle free. Wi fi in the rooms is perfect. The boss is preparing perfect dinners. You may take water, tea and coffee free. If you want to look something specific at that place you should go snorkelling (snorkelling kit is free). Thank you so much for this wonderful place and perfect service!

Great value for the price!

✓ The host, Ali, was really doing everything possible to make my stay great and comfortable! The guesthouse serves 2 types of breakfast on your choice - Maldivian or continental. The owner also asks you what you want for dinner - chicken or fish. I asked for tuna fish and Ali served tuna for dinner for me which was extremely nice! Kettle and coffee/tea are always available at the dining area. Also this guesthouse provides you bicycles, snorkeling masks (full face masks - they are amazing!) and flippers for free! Other guest houses charge for these items separately. The room was spacious and had air conditioning and ceiling fan, tv (you can use flash drive to watch movies) and a fridge. Had no issues with hot and cold water in the shower. Cleaning was daily in the room. Outside or each room there are 2 chairs and a fancy swinging chair, additionally there is a big plastic table with 2 chairs for each room where you can also have your meal or leave your belongings. Owner of Sunrise inn was quick to answer my inquiries about tours available from Thoddoo and prices, i purchased mantas tour from him and was happy with how it turned out! And overall Ali was very nice, when I asked about different fish he told me how Maldivians fish and how things changed over time with sharks and turtles population around the islands - it gave me a better understanding of the life here and helped to feel the vibe of the island life. The owner of the guesthouse speaks English quite good so I had no issues communicating with him. When I was planning my trip to the island, I asked Ali about speed boat timings to be sure I can catch my plane and he told me it’s 7 am and 1 pm from thoddoo and 10.45 am and 4.30 pm from airport (as of February) so I could plan my connections easily. Also before leaving the island I asked Ali to buy some papayas and tuna fish for me and he did! I am sure he knows better how to chose a good papaya than me, who sees papaya twice a year.

✗ Generally guesthouse don’t provide shampoo and shower gel. I brought my own shower gel and shampoo but my neighbors did not have them - Ali bought these items for them!

✓ Everything is perfect! Our staying in Sunrise Inn was incredible! Thank you Ali for his attitude, kindness and hospitality. If you wil need any help in buying fruits, going to excursions and etc, Ali always advise you or arrange everything to you. You will feel like in a home☺️
