Great stay in Thoddoo

✓ Everything was amazing, starting from greeting and finishing with saying "see you later".

✗ The only minus I would say that they don't provide bicycles. We really needed them on this very big island.

✓ I liked location and comfort. A boy who served breakfast was very kind and helpfull.

✗ I didn’t like the attitude from administrator Asif. It didn’t look like he was there to help their clients. The situation with my departure was pure disaster. I was going to go from Thoddoo to Rasdhoo on feb 16 on public ferry. When I asked the administrator of ferry is coming he said “I don’t think so”. And that’s it. He couldn’t give the 100% answer, never suggested any other solution for me. Just didn’t care. Okay, I my friends from Rasdhoo arranged private transfer for me and I asked said to transfer me to harbor since I have suitcases and it’s a long way to go. The private boat was about to leave at 9:00 Asif said he would arrange transfer and I should be ready at 8:30 in the yard of the guesthouse. I was ready at 8:30 yet the car ( transfer) didn’t come. I wrote and called Asif, he didn’t answer. I waited till 8:40, then till 8:50… no transfer. Then I asked a boy who servers breakfast to help, he rode his bike to the boss turned back in a minute and said “the boss is coming”. Still “the boss” was were busy with something else while his guest was running late. At 8:57 I took all my stuff and went by myself to the harbor. Half way I was stopped by a car which was supposed to transfer me (but for some reason was waiting for me in the harbor to take me to the guesthouse!! why???) and here I was at harbor at 9:10. I was extremely lucky that private speedboat waited for me and I could get to Rasdhoo. In conclusion I would like to say that mistakes happen but can be managed differently by the administration of a guest house. Asif didn’t even write “sorry”. That’s a dealbreaker for me. For you … well, you see yourself

✓ the room was clean, quiet, food was good, Mr Asif was available on WhatsApp at any time. Mohammed was also very good to me.

Super relaxing!

✓ It was lovely! Comfortable, clean room with AC and fan. Huge bathroom with open shower. Fridge and kettle. Wi-fi works great. Was served breakfast at my door, on the balcony, facing the beautiful patio. The staff was impeccable, kind and always helpful. Really quiet guesthouse, you will sleep like a baby! 15 min walk to the most wonderful beach you will lay your eyes on :)
