✓ Easy to ask questions very helpful staff.

✗ Air vents were dirty. Hotel rooms look old

Very pleasant stay. The hotel was value for money and the staff are friendly.

✓ Location: Was very near to the subway lines; surrounded by a lot of convenience stores and restaurants; near to park Room: It has the necessary amenities although the room was a bit small Clean: Room service is only provided on the last day but overall the hotel is very clean

✗ The laundry service is only limited to 2 washing machines and 2 dryers

Very convenient and good cost x benefit.

✓ Convenient location, near a main street and subway stations, places for shopping and to eat. The staff was very polite and the buffet style breakfast is really good, full of options.

✗ Nano rooms,very small rooms,in a double room,not even one person can fit with 2 luggage. Very bad breakfast Reception staff not even comfortable with arranging Taxi Charged from us for early check.in also

✓ Great money for value. The location was great, very close to the Osaka Castle and a couple of subway stations. There were several restaurants and convenience stores in the area, so having a fridge and a microwave really came in handy! The staff was great, and the hotel offers all the amenities you might need.

✗ Cleanliness could be improved – the important parts (bathroom and bed) seemed pretty clean, but there was dust everywhere. There's only two washing machines/dryers available on-site, so you need to organize laundry time carefully.

Nice, clean and close to the metro

✓ Super close to the metro. the room was clean and had everything. not very large (didn’t have enough room to open my suitcase on the ground) but I didn’t have that in any of the hotels I stayed at in Japan. so if space is an issue for you, you might want to look at hotels at a higher price point

✗ Walls are thin in Japan. not really an issue but something to be mindfull of.
