Great location for those who love crowds
β Clean room, location right next to dotonbori, easy access by train. Lots of restaurant nearby, you won't have problem finding food until night and it's in a short walking distance from Don Quijote in case you need to buy something.
β Since the location is next to a popular tourist spot, the road access can be very crowded until night. Families might find it uncomfortable since it's next to some night clubs and bars.

The location and staff were nice, but lighting and A/C of the hotel require improvement.
β -The location is excellent to feel the energy of Osaka, many restaurants and convenient store nearby. -The staff was nice and willing help, especially when we found out the fridge was not working and they fixed it quickly. -There is an JBL speaker in the room which could connect via bluetooth to my phone and play music. -The wardrobe has enough hangers for 3 visitors, and there is a clothes refreshing spray which is considerate.
β -The toilet design was weird as there is window from the bathtub, even there was a curtain to cover it, it still has privacy issue, Also, if someone is using the toilet, the whole room could see the light and affect sleeping. -We booked as a 3-person room. The furniture inside the room was not good, e.g. the chair is a bit too big to put in the tiny room and we barely can walk inside the room. It seems the hotel shall consider the selection of the furniture. -The lights inside the toilet was too dim, and not really good for make up. Also, some of the lights inside the room was not working, the hotel might need to put more attention on the maintenance. -We visited the hotel during summer, and the air conditioner was not sufficient during the hot days. The hotel shall enhance the A/C system.

β Location is amazing right near Dotumburi. Nice feel to the reception area, very spacious. Room fine - with three beds it was tight but adequate.
β Bathroom was a bit old fashioned for a Holiday Inn Chain perhaps.
