✓ Spa is good. One of pool is heated. Good sauna Room is big and comfortable

✓ The staff at the establishment is incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude, especially to Ms. Remzie, who went above and beyond in assisting my non-English speaking mother.
✗ Would be nice if hotel will provide additional conveniences like airport transfers and beach shuttles. The option of full board would ensuring a delightful and all-inclusive experience for guests.

We travel a lot and been to many different countries. This stay was by far our best one !

✓ The staff and facilities especially the tennis courts.
✗ The aircon is not working in the whole hotel during this half of the year even if it gets hot they can't as it gets switched to heater only. The cleanliness is not up to the expectations. Water was not brought to tge room everyday unless we ask for. The room cleaning was not perfect. Comfort os not up to the level the bed is hard and the pillows are hard too.

Great hotel in great location, fantastic breakfast.
✓ The breakfast was FANTASTIC - I just wish the coffee cups were bigger ;-) The rooms were clean and comfortable and the spa facilities were great. Very close to coffee shops, restaurants.
✗ We had 4 rooms for our party on 2 different floors. We could only access our floor with the elevator - we had to use the stairs for others. Not a big deal, but easy to fix with recoding the keys. Spa front desk didn't always speak English, which made it challenging.
