✓ One of the receptionists spoke very good english alongside the supervisor, staff smiled a lot and they were helpful,the rest of the staff barely spoke english.

✗ The bed was a bit hard and the ac wasn't really working, i had to open the window at night and the noise from the street didn't sooth my sleep, room cleaning showed up around 3:30 in the evening and i was a bit busy so i just told her to come the next day.because i intentially left the room between 10 am and 2:30 pm expecting it to be cleaned. Beer prices were a bit expensive to be fair and the neighborhood isn't all great,i think the price was a bit too expensive for what the hotel tried to offer.

✗ Lightning in the room was very poor Breakfast a bit disappointing. ( not a good Turkish breakfast) . Changing room lockers were damaged. Weights room had few weights . Also had one bench Needed a deep clean . No hygiene wipes to wipe down equipment. Nowhere to hang towels in lounge area by the pool. Wooden flooring around the jacuzzi was damaged. ( A trip hazard ) . Jacuzzi water was cold . Jacuzzi pump wasnt operating correctly. ( Not bubbling ).

✓ Good facilities, decent wifi, friendly staff,

✗ Mattress was a bit knackered, sagging and could feel the springs poking in places and the bathroom vanity unit nearly broke my toe when it fell off as it had a towel rail on which I tried to use which falls off when you pull on the towel, like some sort of booby trap. Otherwise a great hotel, maybe just buy some new mattresses?
