✓ First of all the great value of this hotel is the team. Especially the one of the front desk. Rahma is the most professional and positive person, together with Aisha. People who helps with the room maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and cute and you can use the facilities of the next door 5 starts hotel: Swiss inn Golf Resort . And if you want to make a shopping you can find Shopping Mall of Egypt. The hotel is good for coming for business and city trips.
✗ Everything is ok. Just need a bit more renauvation around the swimming pool 🏊♂️ the rest is good for now.

✗ I was told that there is room service by the front office but when i tried to order they told me that they dont offer in room dining in that hotel.
