Fabulous
✓ The staff are cooperative and deal with us friendly . The room was clean and comfortable. The aquapark was nice.

Very comfortable, very pleasant.
✓ Maya, Adel and Elshemi at the front desk were very helpful when I had to checkout for one day to go to Alexandria and return the following day. Thank you for your service, much appreciated! I really like the food in the restaurant, very high quality at a reasonable price. I didn't eat breakfast, so can't comment on that.
✗ This is more of a systems issue than anything else - I prefer to stay in the main building because I'm traveling on business and those rooms are set up for a corporate traveller. It's really hard to figure out on my Navan travel site how to make that happen - what room type will give you that result?

Great place to stay
✓ Great location, quiet rooms, air con, helpful staff. The pool is excellent as well. Located outside of Cairo so air quality is good and it's just 15 mins from Giza.
✗ Restaurant food could be improved. The meat was quite dry whether ordered from the menu or from the buffet. The tables felt like they hadn't been cleaned properly.

✓ Calm clean confortable! I enjoyed my stay at Mövenpick Egypt Giza Media City! I was in Cairo and Giza for business trips and the location is very good to avoid traffic jam between west Nile areas and the Easter parts. The staff was nice, kind, helpful and cooperative from Portier (Gergis), Receptionist (Islam & Nour), Breakfast-team (Rida & Nada), Housekeeping (Eman, Bouchra, Magdy) and all the rest. If my next stay will be in Giza, I will definitely in Mövenpick.
