Perfect hotel, location to stay in Bari
✓ The location was perfect A few minutes to shopping sector and many restaurants. The staff on the reception went above and beyond, to help me with a on the phone visit with a local doctor.. Early check in because I wasn't well. Calling Cabs for me Breakfast was excellant with both hot and cold selection of food 1st in 9 weeks in Italy. The hotel was much better than I expected.
✗ The last night when I returned home at 10.30 pm the air-conditioning in room didn't work. Staff came immediately to help but couldn't get it working. There were no vacant rooms in hotel. They brought a fan and I was also able to open window to let air in. The staff did all they could to solve the problem. Just 1 those things that happen

✓ The location was excellent, right beside two supermarkets and very close to the old town and shopping street. Breakfast was as good. I would have liked some fresh juice. I hope all the plastic & paper cups were recyclable. Room was lovely & comfortable. Loved the bed, shower and toiletries.
✗ I’d have loved a water fill station in reception. And one English Channel on the TV. I thought there was a roof terrace too.

Excellent hotel, wonderful stay
✓ Excellent location, very clean and wonderful staff that was very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and fresh with various types of food.
✗ The only downside is that you have to pay for water (4€ per bottle in the room)
