Overall, excellent - I'd stay again if I was visiting again.
✓ Room was clean, neat and well presented. Facilities in the room were excellent, including a USB charging socket. The staff were helpful, polite and accommodating - and they were happy for me to have my (clean) bicycle in the room, which was great. They responded very quickly to any enquiries I had prior to my visit.
✗ The breakfast had many hot options. These were Asian focussed - which of course is completely reasonable for a hotel in Taipei, and the selection they offered is probably perfect for local guests. My own breakfast preferences are muesli/fruit/yogurt. There was cereal, but limited to cornflake-type cereal. There was fresh fruit, yogurt and milk, which was great - and there was simple toast and jam (or mini-croissants). There were simple teabags and a coffee urn. So, overall, breakfast was perfectly OK, but not outstanding (for my own particular tastes, that is).

✓ Location is convenient! Quite close to Nangan train/MRT/HSR station. Room’s space is big and comfortable
✗ Breakfast is so so. To provide shampoo and conditioner and bath lotion (none one time used) directly.

Would have been a wonderful experience except for the lift experience and the staff handling my feedback.
✓ Clean, spacious, functional and modern rooms.
✗ The hotel lift has no sensor and when opened for too long will shut. The lift doors shut on me and bruised my arm. I feedbacked to the reception on 18th August to a gentleman who sounded indifferent with no apology offered. This is potentially dangerous to the young and old. A notice needs to be put up to warn others to hold the lift at all times for going in and coming out.

✗ I just didnt like the way they deduct money (price of one night) from my debit card in advance as a deposit without warning when it says pay at the property and then still charge me full price on site at the counter. They said the deposit money which is like $200+ will be refunded but untill weeks now no refund had been made. A scam.

Triple rooms can not add a extra bed, but you can add a boy without bed. The fee is NT$800 per day, thank you.
